#FoodieFriDIY no 100: Fruity Cocktails and Mocktails

Sharing is caring!

Happy Friday!

Now that the sun is finally starting to peek out around here, I feel like it’s officially summer. Of course, maybe I spoke too soon. Yesterday was beautiful, but this morning started off with rain. But it’s not supposed to last. I really hope it stops soon, because I want to go for my run, and I don’t really love running in the rain. I’m kind of a fair weather runner.

Anyway…

In the summer, I love fruity drinks, cocktails or mocktails. There is just something about them that I find so refreshing. There were so many linked up this week that I felt drawn to them!

Plus I was kind of in the mode already from this delicious Cherry + Cilantro Vodka Spritzer that Creative Team member Christine from Mid Life Croissant shared on my blog this week. Doesn’t it look good?!

This vodka spritzer is made with a simple syrup of fresh cherries and cilantro and promises to keep you cool all summer long.

They all do!

So I am kicking off summer with this delicious cocktail and mocktail collection. I can’t wait to try them all! I’m looking forward to doing some entertaining this summer, so I have plenty of people to make them for. 🙂

Ready for the party?

We’re not really a rules-type party. But here’s what we do ask.

1. Link up your favorite recipes and projects from your own blog. Roundups are fine as long as they include links to the recipes or DIY projects. Please DO NOT link a post without a recipe, project, craft, or tutorial.

2. We’d be truly grateful if you shared our party to other food and DIY blog friends so others can join in the fun! Tweet us. Share us on Facebook (the party will go up on my Facebook page on Thursday evening, if you’d like to share from there). However you can help us spread the word, we appreciate!

[Tweet “Share your recipes and DIY at #FoodieFriDIY! @dishofdailylife loves to SHARE!”]

3. It’s not a requirement of course, but if you can, try to visit another link or two and leave a thoughtful comment. Give someone a shout out on social media. Use the hashtag #FoodieFriDIY…we’re trying to grow a community for all of us, and it’s always nice to make new friends.

4. We’d love it if you’d follow us on Pinterest.

Don’t forget after you get done linking up to drop by my Facebook page and share your favorite recipes or DIY project that you have linked up. I will try my best to show your post some extra love…please be sure to share either the link or the number in the link up so it’s easy for me to find it!

Let’s get this party started!
