This easy 5 minute Roasted Red Pepper Dip recipe is a delicious way to dress up mozzarella sticks or cut up vegetables on game day!
ROASTED RED PEPPER DIP
The football season has officially started, and that means game day food!
When we have friends over, we tend to really go all out on the food. I like to put together a big spread for game day, and it’s nice to have a variety.
But we also have a lot going on during the fall…we still have two high schoolers at home, and both are really active with sports. I just don’t have time to spend hours in the kitchen cooking at this point in my life.
So I try to take advantage of shortcuts wherever I can to keep my game day menu manageable.
One of my favorite ways to do that is to dress up a favorite pre-made snack, like these Mozzarella Sticks from Farm Rich. Mozzarella Sticks are always a game day favorite with all that ooey gooey melty cheese. I can never resist them!
These Mozzarella Sticks are tasty plain, but personally, I really like a good dipping sauce. So today I’m dressing those Mozzarella Sticks up for you with a 5 minute roasted red pepper dip!
Making this roasted red pepper dip is really simple. Basically all you need to do is combine all of your ingredients in a mini food processor and process until smooth. You can’t get much easier than that!
I like to garnish it with a little chopped roasted red pepper and basil.
Doesn’t it look good?!
