#FoodieFriDIY no 105: Summer Recipes and DIY

The week flew by this week. I’ve been cooking up a storm. I’ve got some new recipes coming up for you, although once again, I need to get them written up! It’s so hard to keep up during the summer. This morning my two youngest flew across the country to see their grandparents, and my daughter is also going to visit a university she might be interested in. It’s going to be a little quiet around here for a few days. Maybe this will be the week I get ahead…

When I was looking through this past weeks recipes and DIY projects, there were just so many great summer ideas. So this week I’ll be sharing both summer recipes and DIY projects with you!

SUMMER RECIPES AND DIY

#FoodieFriDIY Summer Recipes and DIY

From top to bottom, left to right:

Easy DIY Hammock Stand from H20 Bungalow

Greek Tortellini Pasta Salad from Running in a Skirt

Mango Peach Salsa from Flour on my Face

DIY Coconut & Lime Salt Scrub from A Cultivated Nest

Antipasto Pasta Salad from Bowl Me Over

Simple Arrangements using Garden Flowers and Herbs from On Sutton Place

If you would like to pin any of these, please visit the post itself and pin it from there as that is where the recipe lives!

Ready for the party?

We’re not really a rules-type party. But here’s what we do ask.

1. Link up your favorite recipes and projects from your own blog. Roundups are fine as long as they include links to the recipes or DIY projects. Please DO NOT link a post without a recipe, project, craft, or tutorial.

2. We’d be truly grateful if you shared our party to other food and DIY blog friends so others can join in the fun! Tweet us. Share us on Facebook (the party will go up on my page on Thursday evening, if you’d like to share from there). However you can help us spread the word, we appreciate!

3. It’s not a requirement of course, but if you can, try to visit another link or two and leave a thoughtful comment. Give someone a shout out on social media. Use the hashtag #FoodieFriDIY…we’re trying to grow a community for all of us, and it’s always nice to make new friends.

4. We’d love it if you’d follow us on Pinterest.

Don’t forget after you get done linking up to drop by my Facebook page and share your favorite recipes or DIY project that you have linked up. I will try my best to show your post some extra love…please be sure to share either the link or the number in the link up so it’s easy for me to find it!

Let’s get this party started!
