Goalrilla GAMEMAKER Soccer Goal Review and Giveaway (RV $179.99)

Disclosure: I received this Goalrilla Gamemaker 4 x 6 soccer goal for review. All opinions are my own. Goalrilla is also offering my readers a 20% discount and a giveaway for a Gamemaker 4 x 6 soccer goal worth $179.99.

If you’re a regular here, you probably know that my family lives and breathes soccer. All three of my kids have been playing since they were preschool age. I’ve been watching games (and taking pictures) from the sidelines for over eleven years! I truly do enjoy my life as a sports mom and wouldn’t trade it for the world! Needless to say, when Goalrilla contacted me and asked me if my family would like to try out one of their soccer goals, I was thrilled. They sent a 4 x 6 Gamemaker Soccer goal, which is perfect for 3 v 3 tournaments as well as backyard play.

The Gamemaker soccer goals are an innovative new line of air-pressurized soccer goals, created using Goalrilla’s proprietary BaroForce™ technology. They come packaged in a carrying bag, giving coaches and players an easy way to transport them. A two-way pump to pressurize and deflate the goal is also included. If your kids play soccer, then you know the very real possibility of injury from a goal post collision. Goalrilla’s innovative technology along with the soft and flexible PVC tubes used help reduce those injuries. The goals are also really durable, holding up to everything my boys dished out. They are available in various sizes, and prices range from $149.99 to $699.99. You can learn more about their Gamemaker line of soccer goals on the Goalrilla website.

As promised, the goal was really easy to set up and break down. It took my boys only a couple minutes to set it up, as you can see from the pictures below. Since that first time, it’s been deflated and set back up several times. My youngest even took it down to the basement and set it up down there one night. The instructions are very easy to follow, and the goal comes with stakes for the grass and sandbags for turf fields…we’ll definitely have a use for both here!

The goal really does hold up to shots that a steel goal would take. My boys put that to the test, of course. Just for the record though, it wasn’t to see if the goal would hold up, it was to see if they could take each other out, as you can see from the pictures below!

I know we are going to get a lot of use out of this goal! My kids are hardly ever without a soccer ball, and we even have a mini turf field (very mini) in part of our basement now because I got tired of having soccer balls dribbled all over the house and kicked against walls. So now, if there is snow on the ground, they can head down to the basement!  If you have a soccer player in your house, a Goalrilla Gamemaker would make a great holiday gift! Goalrilla is offering my readers a discount…purchase a Gamemaker goal and receive 20% off your purchase through 12/31/13 using the code GM01BA!

Goalrilla is also generously offering a giveaway here on my blog. One of my readers will receive their own 4 x 6 Gamemaker soccer goal! You can see the official terms and conditions and enter through the Rafflecopter link below. Please note that the winner must respond with 48 hours or alternate winner will be chosen. Good luck everyone!

This sounds wonderful. We have a lot of sticks that fall into our yard. Is it sturdy enough to stand up to that (kids laying the goal on pointy sticks?) or do we need to do stick patrol first?

It is very sturdy; however I would probably do stick patrol myself just to have it sitting level. But it is a very high quality goal...go to their website and check out their videos. My kids are loving it!

Oh man! YES PLEASE!!!!! You know my mission to make my little man a soccer champ! We bought him a goal around the time he was able to kick a ball which was around nine months! It is now old and too small for him! This would be amazing to have for those days I cant get him to the soccer park to kick around! Yup that's right he is almost three and I make him run soccer drills!!! hahaha Don't judge me!!! LOL ~Leah~

I am cracking up! My kids started playing when they were 3 and 4...back in those days I watched less and chatted with the other moms more. I remember one of my competitive mom friends yelling at me because I always seemed to miss the goals. But it's really fun to watch now...they have so much more skill now. I do love that from playing back then, they have a lifelong love of the sport now.
