I look forward to summertime entertaining every year. I know I’ve said this before, but we entertain more in the summer months than we do in the rest of the year combined. There is just something more relaxing about summer for me. My husband’s business tends to be slower in the summer months, so he’s around more, and we’re not running around as much with other obligations.
Invite a few friends over to hang out by the pool, fire up the grill, pour a glass of sangria, and I’m happy. It’s hard to say no to boozy soaked fruit.
