A Tasty Tuesdays Farewell

For those of you who have come to enjoy Tasty Tuesdays here on my blog, I wanted to let you know that I will no longer be hosting. But the good news is, you will be able to find it over at Anyonita Nibbles’ place…going forward she will be running it solo.

However, stay tuned for some news here…I just might have something up my sleeve. And, in the meantime, check out some of my favorites from Tasty Tuesdays this past week. There were some great recipes linked up!

The summer is really the only the time we entertain…but we do a lot of it. There is just something so relaxing about a casual gathering of friends by the pool, and food is always an important part of that.

These recipes caught my eye.

The Stuffed Pretzel Rolls with Beer Cheese Dip from Year-Round Giving seem like they’d be a good accompaniment to the ribs my husband makes in our smoker when we have people over for a barbeque.

A three ingredient black bean dip? You can’t get much easier than that. This recipe from Major Hoff Takes a Wife will be perfect when we are trying to throw together an impromptu party!

I love avocados and shrimp and this easy-peasy Shrimp Stuffed Avocado recipe from Life on the Horizon would be a great appetizer for a more cozy gathering.

And, last but certainly not least, we can always use more salads, and these three ingredients are staples in my house. I can’t wait to try this Chickpea, Cucumber, and Feta Salad from Sweet Caroline’s Corner.
