My daughter and I discovered Villarina’s thanks to Family First Chiropractic and Wellness Center. They gave my daughter and I a coupon for ice cream from Villarina’s after one of our chiropractic visits and the rest is history.
Villarina’s offers homemade pastas and ravioli, sauces, pre-made dinners, a selection of gourmet foods, and of course ice cream. Because the ice cream is absolutely amazing, that became a “treat” after chiropractic visits when my daughter was with me. Her favorite ice cream is Hope’s Trax, named after the owner’s (Adam) adorable pup. It’s chocolate ice cream loaded with fudge, peanut butter, caramel, and brownie bits. Who can resist that?!! We’ve also been trying the homemade pastas and sauces, and everything we’ve had has been delicious!
The food is very good, but one of the main reasons we like going there is because of the way Adam treats his customers. I’ve said this before, but experiences build customer loyalty. People don’t forget how you make them feel, and Adam’s customer service is top notch. He is always so friendly and helpful, remembers what kind of ice cream my daughter wants when we go in (she almost always orders a cup of the same two flavors), and several times has thrown in a little something “extra” when we least expected it! I’d much rather shop in a place where the owner recognizes me and treats me like a valued customer, rather than someplace where the person behind the register doesn’t even bother to say hello!
