A Brief Interruption to Regularly Scheduled Programming

I’ve been missing in action for the last week. I wasn’t planning to take a blog break, but that’s exactly what happened.

This week was a hectic week. Between my two high school kids, we had five soccer playoff games! Unfortunately due to the fact that I was traveling at the end of the week, I missed my son’s team winning the conference championship. I also missed my daughter’s team’s loss in the quarterfinals, but I did get to see two very exciting playoff games earlier in the week, one of which was won in PKs after a double overtime and then two rounds of PKs!

Then on Thursday morning, my blog went down. I found out from a blogging friend — thanks Pamela! I spent the rest of the day Thursday and the morning before I left town on Friday dealing with it, and thankfully my friend Matt (who I owe big time) took care of things for me while I was away. Because of this, I wasn’t able to get our Ladies Only Blog Share link party up, but I trust that my blog friends were able to link up through my other co-hosts!

Friday afternoon I left for the SITS Girls Bloggy Boot Camp in Dallas, and I just got home late afternoon yesterday. It was a great event, and my recap will be coming soon. My mind is still on overload.

I’m glad to be back…and relieved to have my blog working again!
