Welcome back to Foodie Fridays! This is the place to share your best recipes, and find new ones to try!
We hit another milestone last week…217 link ups! You all rock! Thank you once again for helping us grow!
If you’re new here, we go live on Thursday evening at 9 PM EST and the link party stays open until midnight Tuesday morning.
We pin EVERY recipe that gets linked up, so please feel free to share your favorite recipes (limit of 3) from your blog each week.
We’d really love it if you’d help us spread the word too! Tweet us. Share another recipe from the link up and add the hashtag #FoodieFridays. Let’s build a community here!
[Tweet “Get PINNED at #FoodieFridays! Link up your favorite recipes TODAY! #linkparty”]
Every week we also each share our features. But even if you weren’t featured, you have probably noticed us sharing on Twitter and Facebook. Follow us and watch for the hashtag #FoodieFridays to see what we’re sharing.
We pin and stumble a lot of your posts too. All this sharing is just another nice perk for you at #FoodieFridays!
If you leave me a comment below and let me know which recipe you shared (the name or the number), I will be happy to give you a shout out on some form of social media!
If you’re featured, you’ll get even more shout outs!
Before we get started, I wanted to share with you a post I wrote a while back on how to improve your food photography. One of our co-hosts of Foodie Fridays, Mila, from Girl and the Kitchen, is featured, and the tip she shared is one I never would have thought of myself. You’ll have to tell me if you already knew to do that, or if you found it eye opening too!
Our top clicked post this week was the Lemon Cheesecake Cupcakes with Blueberry Sauce from Family Table Treasures. Yum! They look pretty tempting, don’t they?!
I’ve been in a soup mood with the changing weather here, so I decided to go with soup and sandwiches comfort food theme this week with my features. Plus I have already featured a couple of these on my Facebook page over the last few days, because they look so good! If you’re featured here and I haven’t shared your recipe already on my Facebook page, you can expect to see it there over the next few days. Stop by and say hello! I’ll definitely tag you as well.
As always, if you’d like to pin any of these features, PLEASE remember to click through to the site where the recipe actually lives and pin from there!
From top to bottom, left to right:
Bacon Hatch Chile Wraps with Cilantro Cream, from Local Savour
Farmer’s Market Rustic Rice Soup, from Olives & Garlic
Ratatouille Grilled Cheese, from The Woks of Life
Chicken Tortilla Soup, from The Scent of Oranges
Slow Cooker Chicken Posole, from Love Bakes Good Cakes
The rules are simple!
Link up your favorite recipes from your own blog. Please DO NOT link a post without a recipe. It will not be pinned and it may very well be deleted.
Please make sure you are linking up new recipes every week. We’re continuing to have duplicates linked up. We want to share as many posts as possible on social media, but it makes it difficult for us if we’ve already done so. We do notice. Often times we’ve commented on the post already. Please try to be conscious and considerate of this rule. Duplicate posts won’t be pinned a second time, and again, we reserve the right to delete them from the link up. Also, no link parties, please, even if they are related to food. Thank you for understanding, and if you’ve done it by accident, no worries!
Share the party so others can join the fun. Tweet us or share us on Facebook. We would truly be grateful! Use the hashtag #FoodieFridays.
Please visit at least 2-3 links and leave a thoughtful comment. Give someone a shout out on social media. Use the hashtag #FoodieFridays…we’re trying to grow a community for all of us, and it’s always nice to make new friends.
If you’d like to include our button on your sidebar or your link party page, or even a link back on the individual post you linked up, we’d love it, but there is no requirement to do so.
We’d love to connect with you on social media, but again, it is not a requirement of the party. If you’d like to check out our Pinterest boards though, we think you might find some great pins though!
