Cranberry Pear Prosecco Cocktail
Spring is officially here! I love that where we live in the Northeast has four true seasons, but by March, I am always ready for winter to be over. We always entertain more in the spring and summer, and we spend a lot of time outdoors by our pool with family and friends.
This time of year, I love a light cocktail with fruit. This prosecco cocktail delivers a refreshing taste with a delicate fizz… perfect for your Easter dinner, Mother’s Day brunch, wedding and baby showers, or any other spring (or summer) celebration! It will definitely be going on our party menu for our pool parties as well.
For this Cranberry Pear Prosecco Cocktail, I used VOVETI prosecco. VOVETI prosecco is a collaborative effort between the Collavini family and the Ferrer family, with each family bringing 4 generations of sparkling wine expertise to the table! It’s a high quality, upscale, craft Italian prosecco…only 15,000 cases are produced each year. And yet it’s affordable as well, making it perfect for everyday occasions or casual entertaining. And oh, so delicious!

This Cranberry Pear Prosecco cocktail recipe is amazingly refreshing with a delicate fizz - an easy spring cocktail that you can make in just 5 minutes! It's perfect for your Easter dinner, Mother's Day brunch, wedding and baby showers, or any other spring (or summer) celebration!
Ingredients
- Chilled VOVETI prosecco
- Cranberry juice
- Pear Nectar
- Pear slices
Instructions
- Fill your flute halfway with chilled prosecco.
- With the remaining half of the flute, fill it 1/3 of the way up with cranberry juice, 1/3 of the way up with pear nectar and then add a splash of prosecco to the top. You'll need a little space to add the pears, so don't fill your flute up completely with prosecco.
- Add pear slices to the flute, fanning them out slightly
