Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef, onions and green pepper over medium heat in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in the garlic, salt, pepper, flour, brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute
  3. Add in the ketchup, mustard, water and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese and 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Preheat your broiler. transfer the mixture to the baking dish (unless your skillet is oven proof).
  7. Place the dish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
